Development & Enhancements to current Intranet portal developed in C#/ASP.NET w/ SQL Server backend. Portal needs to be expanded to include some legal reporting, HR applications. The assignment is not limited to the portal development but also includes other important initiatives withing the institution.

The person should be able to drive the project forward, coordinate with the stakeholders, establish technical plan, develop and deliver .NET initiatives.

How long would the client need these resources:
We need to a consultant to hire type resources. We will start with a 3 month contract & then decide if the candidate is someone we can add as a full-time resource

What is the consulting rate:

1. Strong XSLT 2.0 Skills and Experience
2. Expertise and Experience in using XSLT convert XML to XHTML
3. JavaScript and CSS
4. Good Communication Skills
5. Experience with Content Management is a plus

This position will be customizing xml for front-end templating.  Candidate will use Java or XSLT to perform business logic on the data.  This position is extremely critical as we are in the midst of moving our online magazine titles to a new content management platform.
